What Can Be Returned?
We believe in getting things just right for you. We accept returns of unopened coffee products within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Damaged Coffee Packets: In the rare case that you receive a damaged coffee product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that differs from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How to Report Issues with Your Coffee Order:
To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@byramudicoffee.com . Be sure to include the following information:
Your Name
Phone Number (Optional)
Order Number (if available)
A brief description of the issue (damaged product or incorrect item)
A photo of the damaged/incorrect item and the shipping label on the box
Return Process:
Once you submit your return request, our Operations Team will review it within 2 business days and respond with further instructions. This will include detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Byramudi Coffee will cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns.
