Shipping policy

At Byramudi Coffee, we are committed to providing timely delivery of our premium coffee products to customers across India. We're passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences, wherever you are in the world.

Here's what you can expect when you order from Byramudi Coffee:

For India Orders:

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over ₹1,000! Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a ₹50 shipping fee applies.

  • Processing and Delivery Timelines:

    • We work hard to get your coffee to you quickly! Domestic orders are processed for shipment within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. 

    • Delivery within India is typically expected within:

      • 4-5 business days for major cities.

      • 7-10 working days for locations in interiors or difficult coverage areas.

  • Non-Operational Days: Please note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any public holidays.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for orders below Rs. 1000 are based on the order value and will be displayed during the checkout process. We also charge an additional fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • Delivery Estimates: Most orders across India are delivered within a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 10 working days, provided there are no unexpected delays.

Insurance and Exceptions:

  • Limited Control After Shipment: Please understand that once the package is shipped, we have limited control over it. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or refund orders before the mentioned timeline.

  • Package Insurance: Packages shipped by Byramudi Coffee are not insured against loss or damage. Customers are advised to check the parcel while accepting the delivery.

  • Urgent Deliveries & Assistance: For urgent deliveries or further assistance, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Failed Deliveries: In case of failed or delayed deliveries due to issues at the receiver's end (e.g., incorrect address, no response on the contact number), customers will be contacted via email or mobile.
